Many breast development products are blends of different ingredients
that are formulated to result in breast development for most, but not
all women. These products are also typically more expensive due to the
additional processing required during production. Many companies consider
their blend proprietary and do not fully disclose either ingredients
or amounts of ingredients. You may have no idea exactly what you are
taking. What if these products don't work for you, or you want to custom
design your own herbal breast development plan?
Here's where individual herbs enter the picture. So how do you go about
creating your own plan? First, do a lot of homework, reading up on herbs
including both positive and negative effects (also contraindications).
Thankfully, the Internet makes this fairly easy; all you need is a search
engine and a little search know-how. If this is too high-tech, your
library probably has a botanical or medical section with herb references.
Once you decide on a regimen, begin low dosages of one herb at a time,
and gradually increase dosage to your target dosage. Stop taking the
herb if any negative side-effects are noticed. Then begin taking your
second herb and so on following the same steps. Stick with your program
for at least a few months before making any major changes in your plan.
Over time and with a little trial and error, you may eventually find
a combination that works best for you.
Your plan may include raw herb capsules, herb teas, herbal massage,
and optimizing your general quality of life through a healthy diet,
exercise, and stress reduction.
Here's a plan to try as a basis, or a starting point. It's based on
dosage levels for Greenbush herbal products (for other suppliers, you
may have to work out an equivalent dosage).
Fenugreek (useful because it's very high in phytoestogen content) seems
to have some degree of side effects for many people. These include bloating
or a heavy feeling, lack of energy, and "brain fuzziness." The
red clover seems to negate these side effects, and actually can give a
high energy feeling.
Some people work evening primrose oil or soy isoflavones into their herbal
breast development plan. You can use bulk herb powders for teas or seasoning.
It might seem like a bit more work, but creating your own plan can be
a fun adventure, and you may find that it works when other products fail
since you have complete control of everything.
