Most people tend to use enhancement and enlargement as virtually synonymous
when referring to breast development through use of herbal products.
From my perspective and based on my experience with breast development
products, I believe we can make a distinction. Remember though, what
you will experience may be different depending on dosages and how your
body reacts to the herbs. In a relatively small number of cases, enhancement
and/or enlargement may not occur.
Enhancement
Enhancement typically occurs over the short term after initially beginning
herb use. In many cases this can begin to happen rather quickly, in
as little as 3-4 weeks. Enhancement results in more breast fullness
which in turn causes some lifting. Most likely, enhancement is caused
by more fluid retention in breast tissue yielding the fullness. This
continues for as long as the herbs are used and usually reaches its
peak at about the three month point. Fullness is normally cyclic in
most people's experience with small decreases followed by increases.
Breast tenderness is common during increase cycles.
Most products that offer growth guarantees state that growth will occur
within three months. This is usually a fairly safe bet for the companies
since around 90% of the women who use the products experience some degree
of enhancement. Stopping herb use at this point will also likely result
in noticeable size reduction within a month or two, because most of
the enhancement is due to fluid retention.
This early period lays the groundwork for the beginning of breast tissue
development which is largely an increase in fat deposits in the breasts.
Some people may also experience some added fat distribution in the hips,
thighs, and derriere when fat cell production and distribution begins
in earnest.
Enlargement
Enlargement typically begins between the four and eight month period
from starting breast development herbs. This is true breast growth in
that more blood vessels probably develop along with the additional tissue.
Size increases generally happen more slowly during this period. Like
during the enhancement period, growth is cyclic and breast tenderness
is associated with growth periods. Often during a growth cycle, the
breast may feel warm to the touch.
It is possible that some additional breast nodes and associated ducts
may develop, particularly in younger women. If this occurs, you may
feel some new subsurface bumps which are subsequently evened out with
more fat deposits. Often you will also see an increase in the curcumference
of your breasts and shape may change a bit from the pre-herb use shape.
It may take a year or longer before your breasts reach their final
size and stop enlarging. Of course, you can gradually stop herb use
at any time if you achieve your desired breast size. There may be a
small amount of reduction after stopping herb use, and some women take
the herbs later from time to time as a breast "tune-up." A
number of women continue herb use at a lower dosage due to the positive
effects of menstrual symptom relief.
There are many factors that play a role in what sort of breast development
each individual experiences. Genetics is a prime factor, but other things
like diet, metabolism, exercise, and stress can impact breast development
as well. It is virtually impossible to predict an outcome. This is no
different than taking prescription medications; doctors freely admit
that medications affect different people in different ways, and efficacy
of any medication cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
